Dear customers,
As a result of the maintenance operations implemented last week, we have decided to bring back the minimum 0.01 lot on the cent server (EGlobal-Cent). In order to stabilize the server, EGlobal-Cent will soon be divided in two - EGlobal-Cent1 with lots available between 0.01 and 10, and EGlobal-Cent2 with 0.1-100 lots, then EGlobal-Classic to two new servers - Classic1 with lots available between 0.01 and 10 and Classic2 with lots starting from 0.1. It was concluded that such division is the most efficient way to stabilize trading operations of different clients whose average lot size may differ up to 10 times.
These changes will take place according to the following schedule:
08.02.2010: Previous conditions for EGlobal-Cent server get back - minimum lot is 0.01, maximum lot is 100, minimum step is 0.01.
15.02.2010: EGlobal-Cent server splits in two - EGlobal-Cent1 and EGlobal-Cent2.
Conditions at EGlobal-Cent1: minimum lot 0.01, maximum lot 100, minimum step 0.01.
Conditions at EGlobal-Cent2: minimum lot 0.1, maximum lot 100, minimum step 0.01.
When opening a new account, clients will be offered to choose the most appropriate server, in terms of conditions.
As for the existing cent accounts, they will be left on the EGlobal-Cent1 server and could be transferred to EGlobal-Cent2 server before 19.02.2010 upon customer request (see below).
22.02.2010:
EGlobal-Cent1 conditions get changed: minimum lot 0.01, maximum lot 10, minimum step 0.01.
EGlobal-Cent2 conditions remain the same: minimum lot 0.1, maximum lot 100, minimum step 0.01.
Clients who wish to switch from EGlobal-Cent1 to EGlobal-Cent2 shall contact our customer support department in advance (before 19.02.2010) from our Trader Room. Otherwise, once new conditions get introduced on 22.02.2010, clients will only be able to open a new account on EGlobal-Cent2 server and then transfer funds from EGlobal-Cent1.
We will make a separate announcement regarding the EGlobal-Classic server's division.
